The property is centrally located on the island and features a short walk to the best beach access on Fripp. The driveway has ample parking for multiple vehicles and the oversized lot offers plenty of shade on hot summer days.
As you enter the home you are greeted with modern decor and an open concept living design. The screened in porch and decks offer outside entertainment and the home includes a propane grill, electric golf cart, corn hole boards, kayak, beach chairs, and many more items for our guests to use.
The home includes two first level bedrooms with a connecting bathroom. First room has a queen size bed with two spacious closets. Next room has two double beds and several closet spaces. The upstairs master suite is spacious and features double closets, private balcony, and a master bathroom. The second room upstairs features a twin bed with a pullout trundle twin bedroom as well a full Work-From-Home setup. Each bedroom is also equipped with Smart TV's and the home has free high speed internet access. Downstairs living space also has a large sofa for additional sleeping.
There are only 4 steps up to get inside the house making it one of the more accessible homes on the island! We also have a handicap shower grab bar in the downstairs bathroom.
